The Looneys (of Looney Labs) commissioned these fezzes that feature a 3D spinning EL wire pyramid.
EL Wire Dreamcatcher (2014)

The “threads” were EL wire and the outer ring was loaded with LEDs.
Magical LED Orb (2012)

Toss a dozen automatically changing RGB LEDs into an off-the-shelf lighting fixture and you get… magic!

Lynda.com Interview (2012)

Branden and Lynda Weinman go back to the dot-com days when he was a regular speaker at Lynda’s hugely popular Flash Forward conferences. Since they had spoken for many years about collaborating together and when Lynda’s team approached Branden about doing a course for Lynda.com, he jumped at the chance.
